BCM project organisation and management

Background

The client planned to establish a BCMS in accordance with ISO 22301 with subsequent certification. The 3-core GmbH was asked whether they could organise and provide technical support for the project.

Solution

In close consultation with the client, a comprehensive digital project plan was first developed, considering all milestones and steps in BCM from business impact analysis, risk analysis, BC strategies, emergency planning and awareness, training and testing. This was followed by introductory meetings to clarify and communicate the individual project objectives.

The client was advised in regular meetings. 3-core regularly planned workshops on the individual topics, developed templates in consultation with the client and provided support with technical questions.
