Review BCM-Systems
Background
The customer wanted to have its BCM system professionally reviewed by an external audit. The aim was to check that the BCM system was up to date and appropriate and to evaluate possible open issues with a view to the requirements of the draft of the KRITIS umbrella law.
Solution
3-core carried out an in-depth analysis of the client’s various documents. All comments and questions about the system were discussed with the process owners and then analysed in a report.
In addition to the review report, the results were presented in a presentation to ensure transparent communication and a joint evaluation.
