Security consulting for the new construction of a public administration building
Background
A public administration needs to develop a comprehensive security concept for the construction of a new administration building. The aim is to receive feedback on the existing concept and to identify remaining tasks.
Solution
In the first meeting with our customer, we discussed the existing measures and concepts. Afterwards, our customer’s plans were reviewed and a review table was created to systematically analyse the concept according to current norms and standards. It was identified that a risk analysis had not been carried out yet, but was essential in order to define the security requirements.
As a result, the 3-core analysed the risks in order to identify the individual threat scenarios and risks for the company and the staff. Individual structural, technical, organisational and personnel security measures were recommended in order to develop a comprehensive security concept.
The feedback table and a report on the risk analysis with relevant recommendations were presented to our client and shared with the customer.
