Creation of an emergency manual with security and emergency processes
Background
The client had planned a revision of their emergency manual, including redefining their security and emergency processes. The client’s security organisation was to be optimised to be able to respond to emergencies in a structured manner.
Solution
After an initial assessment of the existing security-relevant processes and measures at the client’s location, the adjustments and optimisations for the processes were determined.
In consultation with the client and in accordance with their organisation’s policies, the necessary information and measures were transferred into an emergency manual. An important aspect of the manual was the creation of reaction plans for security-relevant scenarios at the site. To implement the emergency manual, the heads of the emergency team were trained. Subsequently, the entire team was introduced to the organisation and structure of the client’s revised emergency manual.
During the implementation led by the 3-core team, optimised processes and templates were also established for the client’s site.
