Case Study Crisis Management Simulation
Background
As part of a two-day crisis management exercise, the client intended to review the practical application of the emergency and crisis management system. The aim was to increase confidence in real-life practice and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Solution
Together with the customer, we first laid down the theoretical foundations for the upcoming crisis management exercise in order to create a common starting point for practical action.
The participants were then placed in a realistic situation in which they had to act in accordance with their crisis management function.
At the end of the exercise, we evaluated the results and identified specific potential for optimisation. The client was provided with a detailed report with further recommendations and opportunities for development.
