Workshop Emergency and Crisis Scenarios
Background:
The customer’s emergency team was to strengthen and expand its competencies in the area of emergency management by means of workshops on emergency and crisis scenarios. The learning objectives included reducing bureaucracy and hierarchy and promoting personal initiative.
Solution:
Based on the latest learning on emergency and crisis management on the customer side, scenarios were defined in consultation with the customer that could be flexibly adapted depending on the mood in the emergency team. Three training sessions were conducted, which increased the confidence of the emergency team and provided a quick sense of achievement.
