Accompaniment of the Tendering Process
The customer’s requirements for the Security Services had changed due to a new alarm receiving point and an expansion of the site. In the course of this, 3-core GmbH was asked to provide technical support for the tendering process from the request for services to the award of contract.
In consultation with the customer, the needs and qualifications of the Security Services were defined. Based on this, a standard service specification or service level agreement was developed and expanded to include requirements for the start-up phase, quality management, training concept and reporting. On the basis of this, the bidders were asked to submit an offer. On the basis of the technical knock-out criteria, only bidders who met the customer’s requirements were admitted and were presented in a comparable manner on the basis of the evaluation criteria. During the bidder discussions, potential deficits in the quality of services were addressed and clarified. After the award of the contract, 3-core GmbH supported the contractor in the start-up phase up to regular operation by providing training and workshops.
