Case Study Management in Crisis Mode
Background
In the project, we supported the client in strengthening and developing the leadership skills of the crisis management team.
Solution
To train the leaders in the best possible way, the content of the workshops had to be tailored to the crisis scenarios. We developed the focus topics on points such as the course of a crisis, leadership challenges and the allocation of tasks within the crisis team.
After the conceptualisation phase, we conducted the workshops with different levels of the crisis team. The participants worked on the focus topics using exercises, thereby developing and training their skills. In the final part of the workshop, best practice examples within the company were shared.
We summarised the findings from the workshop in a report and made this available to management as a basis for further implementation.
Each participant received a certificate of participation from 3-core GmbH.
